If dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact the Witch.

If you receive a damaged product, please inform Witch immediately and send a photo. Damaged products will be replaced without charge.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, the Witch will replace the item and refund your return shipping costs.
